Job Overview
DevSync Digital is actively hiring a Full Stack Developer to build and maintain complete web applications from start to finish. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of engineers and designers. You will be expected to translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces and write scalable backend services that work together seamlessly. Our tech stack includes React.js on the frontend and Node.js with MongoDB on the backend. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of software engineering principles, capable of writing clean and efficient code, and experienced in building both frontend and backend components. You’ll be empowered to take initiative, contribute ideas, and play a direct role in the success of the projects you work on.

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy full-featured web applications. You’ll be responsible for creating responsive UIs using React and building RESTful APIs with Node.js. You’ll collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure that the final product meets user expectations and business goals. You’ll also assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring app performance, and implementing security best practices.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js is a must. Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, MongoDB, and agile development methodologies is also required. Bonus points if you have experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or working in a microservices environment.
