Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our remote-first team. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems and APIs that power web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
Integrate databases and manage data models (SQL and NoSQL)
Optimize backend systems for speed, scalability, and security
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end quality
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code
Requirements
3+ years of backend development experience
Strong skills in Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Familiar with API security, authentication, and authorization
Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines
